How do I keep dye from getting on white shoes?
I have some white Adidas sneakers and every time I wear my jeans, the dye gets on my shoes and they start creating blue marks on my sneakers. The jeans have been washed several times, so this should not be causing the problem. What can I do to fix this or prevent this problem in the future?
You could try washing your jeans in vinegar to lock the color (the smell can be difficult to get out sometimes). Or an ex of mine’s mother used to use bleach in the wash – no matter what she washed. Somehow it worked and never left spots on anything… That might lock or wash extra color away. Not real sure.
