What time should I set for my 15 year old son during summer break with no morning activities the next day?
My son is 15 and I force him to go to bed at midnight on summer nights with no morning activities the next day. My son is claiming he is not being treated his age. What bedtime do you believe should be set for my son.
Force might not be the best way.. If he’s 15 I think he’s probably old enough to learn about the consequences of not enough sleep. He can figure it out himself, what time works for him & so on, its all about growing up.
