Prom dress measurements?
Wow two questions in the same day. Okay so I need someone to explain this. I found some dresses I like online that are very reasonably priced. But I don’t understand the measurements. They say bust across and waist across. For instance a junior size nine said that it was 15.5″ bust across and waist across it says it is 15″. What does this mean? I’m 28 waist all the way around and 37 and 1/2 all the way around bust size. How does this compare to the across measurement it gives. Any idea how you would measure that?

Well, if you have a 28 inch waist all the way around, then you have a 14 inch waist across and if you have a 37.5 inch bust all the way around, you have 18.75 across.
