How can I make a Homemade Minnie Mouse costume?
PLZ DONT TELL ME TO MAKE EARS, my hair is black so im gonna put my hair in little pigtaial buns for the ears, bit what else can I do. I have a red polka dot shirt and red ribbons ,but what else can i do to make myself really look like minnie mouse? Any tips would be much appreciated!!!!! 
make shoe covers out of felt. Make sure you have black tights and a black turtle neck…buy a pair of oversized white gloves. paint the tip of your nose black and go heavy on the eye liner on the upper lid. I would look up a picture of the character and try to copy the make up.
