Because of the economy, is it okay to price things a little higher at yard sales?
I’ve seen a couple of questions asked 2 and 3 years ago regarding the pricing of baby clothes. Because of the downturn in the economy, I am wondering if I should expect to see higher prices when I go yard saleing. I am about to have a yard sale and am wondering if in general, people are expecting to pay more at yard sales especially for baby clothes? How much is too much to ask for name brand items such as Old Navy, Gap, Carters, Gymboree? I have pants, onsies, and pajamas.
This is essentially two questions. Can I price things a little higher and how much should I expect to get for my baby clothes?
You can price the items as high as you wish. The question you must ask yourself is, will anyone pay that price?
