Little Gym, Gymboree or Montessori?
My 2 year old is not happy around grown ups, my husband or I are very private , and my girl has not interaction with grown ups. She interacts with kids at the parks very well, and loves to follow kids that run around. But she wouldn’t even let my mom or MIL get close to her.
In order to help her to not be so afraid to grown ups we thought was a good idea to put her one day at week in any of these places, so she could interact with a teacher and perhaps seeing other moms with their kids.
I just don’t know what would be better? I would appreciate if any yof you could tell me their expereince in any of these places.

Montessori is going to be more than you are looking for. It is a philosophy of how to teach young children, and often has it’s own schools. You would enroll your daughter, and she would be a student in the school.
What you seem to want is more of a lighter approach- a once a week class or something. Try the other two ideas you have listed instead of Montessori.
When you do put your daughter in preschool, make sure she goes more than one day a week. I taught the two year old class, and the children who had a hard time were the ones who only came once a week. The children who came twice a week did much better, by far. This applied to all the ages of kids. When you decided to send them to preschool, take it seriously and send them the same number of days as their age- 3 days a week for a 3 year old, etc.
