Why do Cons hate it when we rightfully put the blame on the Bush administration?
I hear them blaming Jimmy Carter of all people .
Well I have got news – we are still feeling the effects of the Bush administration and despite the fact that Democrats in congress have always had good intentions but are weak and let Republicans get away literally with murder ( as in the case of Iraq ). Republicans have had the power in this country one way or the other until now .
And now they blame Obama for Not fixing their economic mess in such a short time.
Firstly, because Republicans NEVER take responsibility for anything they’ve done wrong and always find a way to blame someone else. They keep saying the Congress was a Democratic majority since 2006 and Obama has been President for 2 years and it’s their fault that we are where we are. The Congress may have been a Democrat majority for 2 years, but with Bush having his veto pen around his neck, he wouldn’t let them pass anything. And Republicans know darn well, that the catastrophe Bush left Obama couldn’t possibly be all fixed in 2 years, but it just gives them an excuse to express their hate for Obama and how everything he had done is wrong. They know they’re full of it, that more time is needed, that Obama has done some great things, but you’ll never get them to admit it.
At the same time as they watched Bush destroy this country they remained silent, like the faithful sheep they are. The Democrats are striking back now with full force, with all the town hall meetings they’re doing, the Jon Stuart rally in D.C. and similar rallies around the country. Obama is specifically targeting the younger population who the Republicans say won’t vote, but from the speech I just saw him give at some University, he’s firing them up again. It’s time for the Republicans to start SWEATING again, given all their lunatic candidates they have. Democrats WILL win this fall.
