how do i cut a pair of jeans into shorts or capris?
i also want fringes on the bottom.
please tell me how.

you cut them as short as you want, then you will see the threads right at the hem(the part that was sewn together) and you find the loose strings, then you pull them all across the bottom till it falls out, then out keep doing it, eventually the horizontal strings will be gone but the verical ones will stay!
