If you are planning on visiting Las Vegas this summer, then you have a dilemma on your hands. With scores of hotels to choose from, each individual and full of interesting sights, which will you choose?
The venetian is made up of courtyards, including St Marks Square, where you can wander around the cobbled ‘pavements’, visit the Italian boutiques and eateries, and if you wish, take a trip down the canal on a gondola. The atmosphere is friendly, and the feel is far more relaxing than some of the other high pace hotels, although step into the casino and you will be hit with the hustle and bustle of the gamblers.
Try the Mirage if you want to boom of the casino. It has amazing attractions such as the volcano which explodes on the hour, and performances which at the moment include the world renowned cirque de soleil.
Stay in Caesars palace for iconic splendour. Where the hangover was filmed, Caesars palace is well known for its offering of expensive designer shops to draw the crowds. Visit Cleopatra’s barge, a luxurious floating lounge which is an ornate replica of the boat that transported royalty along the Nile.
If you are interested in exuberance, then visit Paris. The most romantic place in Vegas, you can take the lift to the top, very like the real Eiffel tower, and view Vegas from an alternative angle. Dine in the restaurant on the 11th floor, and watch the world go by as you eat.
If you are planning on visiting Vegas, make sure you save your money for while you are there and go online for Travel Insurance. Cheap policies are more accessible here.
