What size baby onesie to buy for gift?
I’m going to a baby shower and I found a onesie I want to order online as a gift. The size choices are 3-6 months or 6-12 months. I know that babies grow very quickly out of their clothes, so should I get the larger size?

3-6 months. My niece is three months (but she was born prematurely so not the average size of a three month old baby) and they had a closet packed to the brim of newborn and 0-3 month clothing. They imagined they wouldn’t have to buy new clothes until high school.
Guess what?
Nothing fits! 
Babies do grow quickly, but 6-12 months–it might get thrown in the back of the closet and never seen again. If you buy 3-6 months they will snatch it out with relief as they realize nothing fits the baby anymore!
