i want a divorce due to abandonment and adultery?
my husband has left the home for two weeks so far and has made no contact i found out through his family he has left me for his ex and he is at her house now if i got file for divorce what grounds can i file for and i’m four months pregnant. i have try to work things out but he left the home while i was at work he got his clothes took the computer na d hasn’t called me and left me with bills i live in philadelphia pa can anyone tell me how much this will cost me and what is the best way to go about this so i can move on with me life i do have plans to file for child support when the baby is born

I would suggest you contact an attorney in your City and get the ball rolling in regards to at the very least a legal separation.
At least you can then protect yourself in making him financially responsible to pay bills the 2 of you have accrued together and also in making him financially responsible in helping you with your medical bills during your pregnancy.
You can have a temporary court order put in place for him to pay support and protect your home (from him coming in when you are at work and taking whatever he wants)
Don’t wait for him to do more to you, contact an attorney.
