Mould/Mildew on coloured clothes?
What’s the best way to rid mould/mildew (baby-safe) from a hot pink lycra/cotton fabric? The fabric is clothes for a baby.

The clothes had some damp bits on wrist band and was folded and put in plastic bag to be washed later…but forgotten.
Not everyone has the ability to replace clothes or other items easily, hence my question.
Take cascade dishwashing powder and rub it like a paste into the moldy part of the clothing. Make sure the detergent doesn’t contain bleach. (cascade has one kind that does) Rub it in with a oothbrush ad wash in hot water. It should get out the mold pretty easily. It also works great for the baby drool spots babies tend to get around the collars of their shirts. It’s totally safe to use on the baby clothing.
