What clothes do you put your baby to sleep in hot weather?
I live in Cyprus and at the moment it’s about 30 degrees in the day. I keep the shutters and windows closed in my LO’s room during the day to keep it cooler and put the air con on for an hour before he goes to bed. No matter what I do the thermometer reads about 25 degrees each night. I put him to bed in a short sleeve sleep suit and cover him with a sheet but still worry he will get too warm. He sleeps for about 8 hours at a time. I think if I just let him sleep in a nappy he wouldn’t sleep as before it got hot if he kicked his blankets off he would wake up crying. He’s 11 weeks old. Any advice from mums in hot places?
