tights on a baby boy?
it is extremely cold where i live at the minute, and Reece is forever pulling his socks off. we bought his a snow suit, he hates it because he can’t move about very well. we tried putting soft shoes on his, but he just tore them off as well. then i started keeping his sleep suit on under his clothes.
today, i bought him tights, they are white. but when i went to pay for them, the woman on the till (in Tesco) made a comment about him being a boy, and shouldn’t be wearing tights! i thought this was inappropriate of her, and i said i would rather him be warm, than care what people thought, after all they are going to be under his clothes!
is it wrong for me to put tights on him? he is only 8mos!

There’s an open question over in parenting about how to keep baby boys warm in winter and many people have advised the very same so don’t worry about it – I think its a great idea (though my partner would likely disagree lol)
My son doesn’t have an issue with his shoes yet so is OK, + I’ve gone back to using my carrycot since he’s still only a littlie and bundling him up under blankets.
Go for the tights, who cares, just don’t tell Reece’s gf when he’s 17 – he won’t thank you lol
