my daughter is six months old, crawling, pulling herself up, and walking with assistance?
ok so my daugther is six months old, she started crawling last week, and just a couple days ago started pulling herself up on things like the coffee table, or me if she grabs ahold of my clothes, anything she can reach pretty much, and she likes for me to hold her hands and let her take steps, when people see this they freak, like omg ur daugheter is way too small and young to already be doing those things, i am so proud of her for doing these things, i think its awesome, but ppl react so shockingly, is it really that strange, i mean i guess im asking for other ppls experiences, how old were ur babies when they started doing these things?
My elder son was crawling and standing at 6 months, and was walking unaided at 9 months.
My younger son was crawling at 5 months and standing a few days later, now at 7.5 months he can ‘walk’ everywhere by holding onto my fingers or pushing something.
If your daughter was too small and too young to be doing those things, she wouldn’t be doing them. End of story. Standing and taking aided steps are due to strength, not intelligence. If she wasn’t strong enough (or determined enough) she would still be laying on the floor looking at the roof.
